When you login you are taken to the security page, this is where you verify your email, check the email is right, if not edit and correct it, then use the button to send the verification email. Then go to your webmail account using an internet browser, for example like www.gmail.com or hotmail.com and check for the verification email there and look for the spam folder. If that fails, login and send the verification email again.
The website sends the verification email immediately, it contains an active link so check your email account or spam settings are not blocking emails with active links.
We do nothing manually this is an automated process and any issue will be because your email contains a typo or the email the website sends you is being filtered by your email provider, please see above.
