Statement from the owner - Englishlads.com is my website I started it in 2003 and it is owned and operated by Zone 8 Media Ltd, my company that is owned 100% by me. We operate the website in compliance with the laws of England and Wales. In recent years online security of data has become a concern since many large organisations have allowed massive personal data breaches. I take very seriously the management of personal data since to help keep my content secure I expect a member to be open with their personal information. We are bound by the laws of the GDPR, though really that is no more than any well run business should be doing. The most common questions I get asked are:

  1. We do not send you anything in the postal mail
  2. We do not share your personal information unless required by UK law enforcement or a court order.
  3. We manage your personal data as securely as possible, so for example the entire website is hosted securely, so all data transmission from you to us is encrypted over SSL and we work with the most highly regarded website hosting and IT resource.
