Important information to ensure you receive our emails
Many web-based email providers have automatic spam filtering which may prevent our emails to you from appearing in your inbox.
Hotmail
1. Login to your Hotmail account
2. Click on the 'Options' dropdown in the top right menu, and select 'More Options'
3. Click on the link 'Safe and blocked senders'
4. Click on the link 'Safe senders'
5. In the field 'Sender or domain to mark as safe' enter '@englishlads.com', then click 'Add to list > >'
Your email service should now accept emails from englishlads.com.
